General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, May 18 – Esme’s New Job Alarms Sam – TJ’s Infertility Results – Holly Gives Up On Robert

eneral Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 18, tease that Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will look nervous during her appointment at GH, where she’ll sit in an exam room and ask TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) what the fertility test said.

Unfortunately, Molly’s going to face some bad news due to the endometriosis diagnosis she’s facing and may learn it’ll be quite difficult for her to have children.

Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll worry that he made a mistake going through with the DNA test.

Although Curtis turned down Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) offer to rig the results, he’s still worried she might intervene since she has access to the lab.

Curtis will second-guess his decision to move toward with all this, but Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) may urge him to calm down and trust that the lab will handle things correctly.

Jordan will also think congratulations are in order, so she may praise Curtis for his heroic acts in Greenland and wonder if he’s going to accept the WSB’s recent offer.

Speaking of offers, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will fear the one she just accepted might come with strings attached or a shady agenda.

Although Esme agreed to work as Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) receptionist, she’ll want to make sure Alexis doesn’t have some ulterior motive for giving her this job.

Alexis will assure Esme that she genuinely wants to help her find a path to independence, especially since Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) is family.

Once Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) gets updates on Alexis hiring Esme, alarm bells will go off inside her head.

Sam will end up confronting Alexis and worry about what’ll happen when this gesture comes back to bite her mom.

Alexis may insist she’s willing to take the risk and will no doubt promise to keep a close eye on Esme.

Despite Esme’s twisted past, Alexis will think she’s got a grip on the situation and will be adamant about giving her newest hire a shot.

At some point, Alexis will receive an invitation, so that should be for Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) will reading since Ava Jerome (Maura West), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) just got one as well.

Over with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), he’ll talk to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) about something he set in motion that he also intends to stop.

Spencer may be talking about the situation with Esme, but good news should be headed his way eventually.

Since Spencer wants to steer Esme toward other interests and leave her less fixated on Ace, he should be pleased to learn Alexis gave her a job.

At The Savoy, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will ask what exactly Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) thinks she’s up to.

Robert will treat Holly like some damsel in distress and argue that she’s in over her head with Selina Wu (Lydia Look).

Although Holly may assure Robert that she’s more than capable of handling herself, this could back up the idea that they’re living in two very different worlds.

Of course, we also know Holly needs the freedom to help Ethan Lovett (James Ryan) repay his debts by any means necessary and doesn’t want to drag Robert into any scandals.

All of that will drive Holly to make a huge decision, so she may ditch the love triangle and accept that maybe she’s just not meant to be with Robert.

General Hospital spoilers say Holly may leave town and come to Ethan’s aid, so stay tuned to see how Robert will react.
