General Hospital: Sonny’s BIG ENEMY ʀᴇᴠᴇᴀʟᴇᴅ!
Sonny Corinthos is a force to be reckoned with on General Hospital. He knows how to be gentle when need be, but otherwise, he is as fierce as a mobster could possibly get.
History is proof that you certainly do not want to get on the bad side of this dashing don! However, in the recent episode of General Hospital, we witnessed an assailant open fire at Sonny and Dex.
Thankfully, the duo escaped unharmed. But it does bring up the big question as to who would be bold enough to make an attempt at mighty Corinthos life.
Sonny Corinthos And The Warehouse sʜᴏᴏᴛᴏᴜᴛ
hat started off as any usual day of (criminal) business for Sonny ended on a really fiery note at General Hospital.
The mob kingpin and his lackey, Dex, decided to do a routine security check of the warehouse prior to a pikeman shipment. Everything seemed fine when the duo first entered the building.
However, things took an adrenaline-pumping turn when an assailant open-fired at them. Thanks to Dex’s former military days, he reacted in a nano-second and pushed Sonny out of ᴅᴀɴɢᴇʀ.
Shortly, Sonny, too, got a chance to save Dex’s life when the sʜᴏᴏᴛɪɴɢ continued at General Hospital.
Fortunately, both men then managed to get away to safety from the horrifying event. But something tells us this is not just a one-off thing. Something bigger and much more sinister is coming up!
Are we about to witness the rise of another brutal mobster in Port Charles? Is someone so daring that they would be willing to take on Sonny so brazenly? The answer seems to be a solid yes! But who could it be?
A New Villain Is Rising In General Hospital
There is no scarcity of dark forces already looming over the town of Port Charles on General Hospital. Victor Cassadine is the number one living evil haunting the town.
Apart from him, the town has also often fallen under the attack by Ryan Chamberlain and Heather Webber, a.k.a The Hook ᴋɪʟʟᴇʀ. However, both of the latter are now out of the picture (at least for time being).
So the playing field is wide open for some newer players. After all, how much heavy lifting can Victor do on his own?
Besides, he has his hands full with some evil plan of his own. So we doubt he would be going after Sonny at this point.
Another opponent that has often had face-offs with Sonny on General Hospital was Nikolas Cassadine.
However, he also is resting indefinitely in a long-care facility, so he is out of the running too! That leaves us with one known name on our list and another rather elusive one! The first one is Cyrus Renault
. The last we saw him was in Pentonville prison. He saved Spencer from fellow inmate whoppings.
Although the big bad wolf proclaimed that he is a reformed man, can we really take him on his words alone?
Maybe not! Now, coming to the one shrouded in mystery! We know Austin and Mason report to a lady boss.
Someone who handles a crime syndicate! So far, nothing of substance is known about her! No name, no whereabouts, nothing. Zilch!
This high-voltage sʜᴏᴏᴛᴏᴜᴛ attempt would probably be the best way to bring forth a formidable opponent for Sonny at General Hospital.
