The “Blue Bloods” star only gets better with age.
January 29, 2021 marks the 76th birthday of everyone’s favorite mustachioed mega-hunk. And he’s proving once again that he’s only getting better with age. The legendary actor has had a storied career spanning decades, beginning with his iconic portrayal of Thomas Magnum in the 1980s hit television series, Magnum, P.I. and continuing with his current role as Police Commissioner, Frank Reagan, on CBS’s prime-time drama, Blue Bloods.
We’ve put together a collection of Tom’s best photos over the years to celebrate him and his stunning good looks. We’ve included images of Tom Selleck as a young man (his face was once on billboards, can you believe it!) and more recent shots of him with his wife, and daughter.
You’ll quickly learn that he was dreamy then, he’s dreamy now, and that his ‘80s wardrobe was the dreamiest of all.
Come join us as we travel down memory lane, admiring the man himself Tom Selleck: the myth—the mustache.

Tom is one of those men who always looks like he just walked out of a Western movie. So it’s no surprise that this avid outdoorsman landed several cowboy roles early in his career, starting with his turn as frontier marshal Orrin Sackett in the 1979 TV movie The Sacketts.

Tom’s most important role is being a family man. “I’ve always treasured the balance between work and time with my family. It’s always about them,” he said in a 2020 interview with People.
