LPBW stars Zach and Jeremy ended up having an estranged relationship with Matt just because of the Roloff farms. They wanted to inherit it and continue with the legacy of their father. However, the patriarch appeared to be in no mood to pass on his property and didn’t finalize a deal with his own sons. But now it seems that Matt has finally made up his mind as he recently revealed the successor of his 100-acre farm.
Matt recently took to Instagram and shared a post in which he announced that his house was back for short-term rentals. Several viewers took to the comment section and asked him why he wasn’t passing it to one of his children. A fan even wrote, “Let one of your sons keep the farm alive.” Matt was quick to reply and disclosed the name of his kid who was going to do the job.
Matt replied, “He totally is Jacob.” He explained how his noted son was “running” the entire farm in a way that “far surpasses” any of the other kids’ “involvement.” Viewers were in shock as this came after Jacob had clearly stated that he had no prospects of inheriting his father’s property. He made it clear that he was happy in his own world and wasn’t a “property owner.”

Since then, viewers have been trying to convince Matt to give at least something to his estranged son.
Some of Zach’s fans even asked Matt to pass on his ‘big house’ to him. However, the latter has no prospects of doing it. The celeb recently revealed that Zach was “happy” in Battle Ground. As per Matt, if he ended up giving it to him, it wouldn’t be fair to all the other kids who aren’t on the show. He even replied to many of his fans and explained how it wasn’t possible for him to choose an only child to give away his house.
