‘The Young and the Restless’: Sharon Walks Away From SNA Media, Adam Declares War – Angry fans come to her defense!
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, August 31, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) wait for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) at the ranch. Soaps Spoilers reports that while they wait for Victor, Adam says he is the only one qualified to run Newman Media.
Victor arrives and tells them they’ve made a mess of things at SNA Media. He must step in and steer the company in a better direction. Nick blames Adam for the issues, stating he creates chaos everywhere he goes. Of course, Adam blames Nick for being unwilling to compromise.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon has concerns about her company moving forward with Newman Media. She thinks there is too much conflict, and it’s deemed to fail. Sharon blames Adam for the conflict.

She Knows Soaps reports that Sharon tells Victor she wants out of the deal. She wants to take her company and abort the merger with Newman Media. She doesn’t trust Victor and Adam to nurture her company.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor refuses to let Sharon walk away. He offers to buy her out instead. Adam urges Sharon to let Victor buy her out. She still refuses to agree.
Sharon refuses to let her company get caught up in a Newman turf war. She will hire an attorney and remove her company from the Newman Enterprises umbrella.

After Sharon walks out, Nick also thinks this is a bad idea. He wants out of the deal, too. Victor accuses Nick of having one foot out the door from the beginning. Adam believes Nick is trying to be Sharon’s hero. Nick urges his dad to give Sharon back her company.
Nikki arrives and shares how this tension has affected Victor. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor appoints Nikki, the Newman Media CEO, with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), the COO. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will stay as Newman Enterprises CEO, and Nick will take over Nikki’s co-CEO position. Adam is out of the company.
Adam declares war on his family. He says they will pay for crossing him again. He refuses to let his father dangle a shining new company in front of him and take it back.
At Crimson Lights, Sharon calls Michael Baldwin (Christian Leblanc) and asks for legal advice. Nick shows up and tells Sharon he supports her. He tells Sharon that Adam is out; his dad finally fired him.
