Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Monday, July 17 – Daddy Goes Too Far, Second Hostage Stuck and Break-In for Evidence

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, July 17, reveal that Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will try to help Abe Carver (James Reynolds) now that she’s found him drugged and out of it at Whitley King’s (Kim Coles) apartment.

Unfortunately, Whitley will turn in her resignation to Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and come home before Lani can get Abe out of there.

That’ll lead to Whitley holding Lani captive as well, so it sounds like she’ll also get a sedative dose to make her compliant.

Meanwhile, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will realize they’re going to be late getting Lani back to prison if she doesn’t show up soon.

Although Rafe was fired from his job as the police commissioner, he took responsibility for Lani and still has to make sure she’s locked back up.

Lani obviously wouldn’t just bail on Rafe, so he’ll worry along with Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) in Monday’s DOOL episode.

Days spoilers say Paulina will have a bad feeling about this news, so she’ll end up having a panic attack as she mulls over what might’ve happened to Lani.

After Paulina becomes frantic and cries in Rafe’s arms, he’ll take her to the hospital so she can get checked out.

Paulina will do her breathing exercises and try to calm down since she needs a clear head to face all the Lani drama.

At Jerry Prentiss’ (Terrell Ransom Jr.) apartment, he’ll apparently slip out the back and avoid a confrontation with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).

However, Steve will still wind up breaking in Jerry’s place with John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) help, so they’ll look for any clues that Jerry might’ve left behind.

Other Days spoilers say Belle Brady (Martha Madison) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will discuss the search for Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater), so Belle may hint that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is on the verge of ending it.

At the DiMera mansion on Monday’s Days show, Brady will play hardball now that he’s torn up the new custody agreement.

Since Kristen is always pulling stunts like this, Brady will refuse to reward and enable her.

Sadly, Brady will go too far by pulling a stunt of his own, so look for him to pull a gun on Kristen – just in time for Rachel to walk in and witness Daddy threatening Mommy.

Although Brady will assure Rachel that he’d never actually harm Kristen, she’ll still rip into him for doing something so terrible.

Rachel will be totally “Team Kristen” and will scream as Brady ultimately forces her out of the mansion.

Days spoilers say Brady will try to explain everything to Rachel back at the townhouse, where he’ll insist her rosy view of Kristen just isn’t accurate.

Brady has sugarcoated Kristen’s transgressions for his daughter’s sake up to now, but he’ll try to get more honest and help Rachel see why he had to get fierce.

Of course, Rachel will think Brady is the bad guy here and won’t appreciate the way he’s trashing her mom.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jada will eventually arrive to investigate Brady over the threats he made to Kristen, so he’ll land in trouble with the law once she gets updates.
