Recently, Terrell Ransom Jr. spilled his excitement to Soap Opera Digest! He admitted that it was kind of hard to pretend, but there was no awkwardness. The actor explained that it was wild to pretend as the son of someone like he had no idea who that man was. Of course, James Reynolds (Abe) was his TV dad for seven years back then (2008-2015). Therefore, Days of Our Lives makers kept telling him to act like he doesn’t know the man, which is really crazy.
Ransom Jr. mentioned that he received an email from his manager. It said that Days of Our Lives would like to have him back for a few episodes. When his manager asked about the same, Ransom exclaimed that he was excited and said Yes! The actor didn’t even know what the role would be.
After all, he’s going back to the sets he grew up in. He was told that he’d be playing Theo but not the actual one. The actor said that it was a bit confusing to understand at first. But after reading the script, he chose to hop in immediately. At the sets, Ransom revealed that everyone, including Reynolds and Billy recognized him. In fact, they were thrilled to see him again.
On June 20, 2023, TV Season & Spoilers reported that Terrell Ransom Jr. will be returning to DOOL. We teased that Terrel will play Jerry Prentiss, who is Nurse Whitley’s neighbor. But the twist came when it was revealed that he would be a part of Whitney’s plan. Although he is Jerry, Whitley’s wicked plan will make him act as Theo.
It is reported that Whitley will make a new plan to fool Abe by bringing Jerry as Theo. However, fans are excited to see Ransom Jr. again on the screen.
