The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Fired – Victor Shows Golden Child Who’s Boss?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) always seems too smug for her own good. When it comes to running Newman Enterprises, Victoria acts like it’s her way or the highway.

However, this is the company that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) spent years building and pouring all his hard work into.

Victor is really the one in charge, even if he’s been letting Victoria run the show as CEO.

Although Victor usually tries to step back and let Victoria make her own decisions, that may not be possible for much longer.

Victoria is making a huge mistake by trying to shove Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) out of the picture.

Victor is a big believer in family unity – even if he never seems to get it.

The fact that Victoria is forcing Nick’s leave of absence and making things harder on him during an already difficult time will continue to bother Victor.

Of course, Victoria is also putting too much trust in Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), who’s proven he’s obsessed with power and willing to stoop pretty low to get it.

Nate is a schemer who honestly doesn’t have that much corporate experience, so that could turn into a bad combination.

What’s the point of this whole story if Victoria doesn’t get taken down a few notches?

The only way to do that would be for Victoria to get shoved off the throne – much like she forced Nick out of his COO spot.

Even if it’s only temporary, it’d be nice to see Victoria get fired.

Y&R may have offered a hint about that outcome since Victoria invited Victor to let her go if he didn’t have confidence in her abilities.

Victoria is Victor’s golden child most of the time, but she may push him too far if the clashing gets worse.

At some point, Victor may decide that both Victoria and Nate should get the boot.

That could open the door to Nick or even Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) finally gaining the Newman CEO seat.

Adam could always let someone else run McCall Unlimited if Victor calls on him to step up in Victoria’s place.

It’s clear that Adam could use a win after everything he’s been through, so maybe Victor will hand him one down the road.

On the other hand, Victor himself might take over for Victoria – at least for a while!

Perhaps Victor will take charge again and hope he can fix whatever blunders Victoria’s about to make with Nate’s as her right-hand man.
