Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander’s Shocking Chicago Visit Sends Sarah Into Labor – Dad There for Baby’s Birth?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) may have already made a big mistake thanks to her recent interaction with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). Although Xander didn’t seem to pick up on Bonnie’s baby hints, he still had an awkward conversation with her about Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).

Bonnie insisted Xander couldn’t move on with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) because it might hurt Sarah’s feelings, which didn’t make sense to Xander.

As far as Xander’s concerned, Sarah wants nothing to do with him.

However, Bonnie kept acting like things would change and that Xander would regret it if he got serious with Chloe.

Days spoilers say that whole conversation could swirl around in Xander’s brain and leave him wondering if maybe he should go clear the air with Sarah.

Xander could easily track Sarah down since he knows she’s living in Chicago.

Bonnie mentioned seeing Sarah during her recent visit, so Xander might show up at Rex Brady’s (Kyle Lowder) door eventually and stumble across Sarah while he’s there – much like Bonnie did.

That could lead to a familiar predicament where Sarah tries and fails to hide her baby bump.

Rex wasn’t successful at pretending to be the father since Bonnie saw through the lie, but would Xander see through the lie if Rex told it again?

Regardless, the wheels could start turning for Xander and go back to those baby clues that he previously didn’t pay any attention to.

Days spoilers say Bonnie’s hints may come back to haunt Sarah once Xander realizes they’ve both been trying to keep his unborn child under wraps.

Of course, it’s possible the baby will already be born by the time Xander shows up – or maybe the shock of the whole situation could send Sarah into labor if it happens close to her due date.

It’d be great if Xander could be there for the birth of his son or daughter, so this could be a way for Days to let that play out.

Xander might hope to track Sarah down before a Chloe engagement and end up at the hospital by her side as their baby’s born!

It’d be quite a DOOL twist and would bring some stunning updates for Chloe in the aftermath.
