The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, April 3, teases that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will find out Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) wants to locate J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) for a medical podcast, so he’ll be willing to make it happen for a price….

However, Tucker won’t know what he wants in return yet, so Audra won’t want to be indebted to him in some vague way….
Now that J.T. out of the slammer, Tucker will think he’d be in a better position to initiate communication than Audra since J.T. used to work for him…..
Although Audra won’t be completely sold yet, she’ll agree to give Tucker’s deal some thought……
In the GCAC lounge, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be there to support Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and will send the other Newmans off to rest for the night….
Once Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) end up at Society, they’ll take notice of Audra and Tucker’s mysterious meeting at the bar.
Victor’s people will get back to him about Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) ambulance accident causing an explosion, so he’ll tell Victoria and Nikki that Phyllis is still stuck in the fire.
While Nikki’s busy calling Nick and Summer, Audra will sit down with Victoria and Victor….
When asked what she was up to with Tucker, Audra will act like she’s just keeping their enemies close.
Victor won’t consider Tucker a worthy adversary and will wonder if Audra’s made any progress convincing him to sell McCall Unlimited to Newman Enterprises.
Audra will still think the key is getting Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) to say no, but Victoria will feel like he might say yes under the circumstances.
That’s when Victor will admit there’s been some hopeful news and will reveal Devon decided to drop the merger lawsuit.
Victoria will be visibly rattled and will privately lash out at Victor for making her look uninformed.
As CEO, Victoria will feel it’s important to stay a step ahead of the people who work for her, so Victor will understand.
At the GCAC again, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will quiz EMT Carson (Walter Belenky), who’ll remember Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) taking her ring out of Phyllis’ hand before he wheeled the patient away.
Carson will also recall Phyllis regaining consciousness and muttering to him about poison before he drew blood for a tox screen.
The driver then lost control, so EMT Carson was thrown 20 feet from the vehicle out the backdoors.
On Monday’s Y&R episode, Carson will confess that he couldn’t get to Phyllis or the driver since they were both restrained and stuck in the flames.
Back with Nick, he’ll get fed up with Leanna Love’s (Barbara Crampton) search for a hot story and will kick her out of the gala.
That’ll put an end to Leanna’s attempt to interview Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), but they’ll plan to pick up where they left off later.
Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) won’t believe all this nonsense about Phyllis being Jeremy’s wife and will tear up Jeremy’s marriage license….
Once things escalate, Nick will threaten to throw Jeremy out on his “ass” if he doesn’t cool it and wait for Chance’s updates.
Chance will ultimately drop the bomb that Phyllis didn’t make it out of the crash explosion alive, so Summer will sink into Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) embrace as she sobs.
Daniel will look devastated as well and will get some comfort from Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian).
