The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, March 20, tease that there’ll be some tense encounters in Genoa City. Before we get to all the drama, we have a quick programming note to pass along.
Due to NCAA basketball tournament coverage, the show will be preempted on Thursday, March 16.
That’ll be followed by another preemption on Friday, March 17, but the action will resume with a brand-new episode on Monday, March 20.
Y&R spoilers say Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will return to GC on a mission to help Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) win the lawsuit battle.
Of course, that means Amanda will have to face Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) for the first time since she left town.
The sting of Devon’s betrayal will be fresh in Amanda’s mind, but she may assure Devon that she intends to keep things professional.
Both Lily and Amanda will stand their ground against Devon, who may think revenge is more of a motivator than they’re letting on.
Devon won’t be pleased to see Amanda since he’ll know she’s going to come out swinging in court.
Lily will also meet up with Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei), who may hold out hope that a more peaceful solution can be reached.
Although Daniel hates to see Lily and Devon feuding like this, Lily will insist her brother has left her no other choice.
At Society, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will discuss the bicentennial gala and any news related to it as the final preparations come together.
Unfortunately, Nikki will have to deal with a Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) run-in at some point.
Jeremy will no doubt put on a nice act, but Nikki will see right through the charade and wonder what he’s up to now.
At the Abbott house, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will carry out the next crucial step of Jeremy’s plan.
It seems Phyllis will search for personal items she can use for the Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) frame job Jeremy’s apparently plotting.
However, Diane will corner Phyllis and most likely catch her snooping.
That could leave Diane suspicious and worried about how Phyllis’ actions might come back to bite her.
Will Phyllis find Diane’s engagement ring and steal it as part of this scheme? Time will tell, but you can bet Phyllis will stir up trouble no matter what!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane will seek updates on Phyllis’ agenda, but her rival will do her best to outmaneuver her.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of March 20 Preview – Jack & Mamie’s Reunion – Jill’s Tempting Proposal
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of March 20-24 teases that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have an important business meeting with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). There’ll be a lot riding on whether Victor can convince Jill to get on board with his plan.
Jill will acknowledge that Victor said he had a solution for her, so he’ll admit he thinks she’s going to like what he’s about to propose.
Victor will make a pitch that he hopes will finally end all the conflict at Chancellor-Winters and put a stop to the lawsuit.
Of course, Victor’s real goal will be getting Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) company back for him.
If Victor can convince Jill to let go of Hamilton-Winters, then Devon might forget about his plans to acquire McCall Unlimited.
However, we know the lawsuit will move forward, so nothing’s going to resolve this Chancellor-Winters drama outside the courtroom.
There’s indeed a nasty court battle coming up, so stay tuned for updates on Devon’s war with Jill and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
On a happier note, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will get a surprise houseguest that warms his heart, so he’ll think this arrival is wonderful news.
There’ll be a sweet reunion as Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) shows up on Jack’s doorstep – just in time for Genoa City’s bicentennial gala.
Jack will get a chance to catch up with Mamie, who once served as sort of a substitute mom for the Abbotts.
Mamie was around in the 1990s and early 2000s, but now she’s getting back in the action for the Y&R’s 50th anniversary.
The weekly preview video also shows Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) meeting with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and gushing over tonight being the night.
Nikki and Traci will talk about the unforgettable celebration that’s looming as they make some last-minute plans.
This bicentennial gala will come with some masquerade fun, so that’ll be another nod to the past as the show honors 50 incredible years on the air.
There’ll be some exciting flashbacks and epic returns, so viewers won’t want to miss what’s in store.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Genoa City will celebrate this milestone along with all the fans watching all the festivities!
