The Young and the Restless Update: Tuesday, March 14 – Diane Defends Marrying Jack – Phyllis Doubles Down on Deception
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, March 14, teases that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will refuse to back down. Now that Phyllis has decided to go all in with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) on his plan for payback, she’ll want to see this through to the very end.
However, that’ll mean dodging some questions and concerns along the way.
Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will sense that Phyllis is holding back, so she’ll worry that a plot’s cooking – one that could end in disaster.
After lying to Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about Jeremy’s Paris trip, Phyllis will double down on her deception.
Although Phyllis may claim she’s moved on from her vengeful desires, Lauren will know better and hurl some accusations.
Meanwhile, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will defend their engagement news to Kyle and Summer.
Kyle will be particularly wary of how fast Jack and Diane’s relationship is moving, but they’ll hope their son will come around soon.
At some point, Phyllis will put on a show and try to convince the Abbotts that she’s a changed woman.
We may see Phyllis deliver a fake apology to Diane, but her goal will be dropping everyone’s guard and stealing some of Diane’s belongings for Jeremy’s scheme.
Over with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), she’ll be troubled over some memories.
Thanks to Summer getting inside her head, Sally will remember the ups and downs of her romance with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Although Sally claims to have something special with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), can what they share really compete with what she shared with Adam?
That’s something Sally will have to figure out, especially now that she’s pregnant with Adam’s child.
Finally, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will make a big pitch to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and try to reel him back in.
Nate may be reluctant to take the bait since he wants to stay loyal to Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), but Victoria won’t give up.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will make Nate an offer and hope to make him her man eventually, so stay tuned for her subtle attempts to seduce him.

The Young and the Restless Preview: Week of March 13 – Diane & Jack’s Marriage Stuns Kyle & Summer – Elena Confronts Nate
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of March 13-17 teases that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will come home from the cabin with some huge news.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) already had reservations about Jack reuniting with Diane, but speed of all their relationship milestones will bring another reason to worry.
Diane recently moved in the Abbott house, but now she’s engaged to Jack thanks to his spontaneous marriage proposal.
Although Jack made that decision out of the blue, he quickly went out and bought a ring to back up his offer.
Jack will seem tickled pink when he gives Kyle and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) updates on all this.
Diane may assure Kyle that she didn’t plan the engagement and nearly rejected the proposal until Jack talked her into it.
Of course, Kyle and Summer will both be sʜᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ over Jack taking this step with Diane so fast.
We’ll see Kyle get especially upset about this sudden development, but Diane and Jack will work to convince him that they’re all in on their future together.
Over with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), she’ll relay some concerns after her last conversation with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Elena will wonder what’s going on with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) thanks to the suspicions Audra raised.
Once Elena confronts Nate, he’ll most likely insist there’s nothing to worry about and hide the fact that he betrayed her with some forbidden kisses.
Unfortunately, keeping secrets never works out very well in Genoa City!
As for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he’ll run into Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) at Society and hint that he might end up becoming the CEO of Tucker’s empire.
“Over my dead body,” Tucker insists in Y&R’s weekly preview video with a smirk and a raised glass.
It’s clear that Tucker will put up a fight when it comes to Adam running McCall Unlimited, so that could certainly hinder Adam’s next career move.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tucker will plot against Adam in the coming episodes, so stay tuned for some twists and turns during the week of March 13-17.
