General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, May 3 – Michael’s ASAP Ambulance for Willow – Trina Pushes Spencer to Wake Up
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, May 3, tease that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will remind Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that she owes her a favor. Since Tracy worked her magic and made certain that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) got his badge back, she’ll expect Brook Lynn to pitch in on a new plan.
Brook Lynn will ask why Tracy thinks she can hold this over her, but Tracy may insist she never grants wishes out of the kindness in her heart!
Things tend to be transactional with Tracy, so she’ll push Brook Lynn to repay the favor and team up on a scheme of some sort.
That could involve Tracy and Brook Lynn joining forces to clear Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) name in this whole insider trading fiasco.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is actually the guilty party, but Ava Jerome (Maura West) will warn that Nina had better hope “she” doesn’t find out who snitched.

Ava could mean Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) since this could ruin Nina’s chances of bonding with her – or she could mean Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) since she would inevitably spread the news about Nina the rat!
At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will call 911 and get an ambulance over there ASAP.
Willow collapsed after Michael confessed to setting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) up for a prison sentence, so the shock and stress were apparently too much for her.
At GH, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will be in good spirits as he tells Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) that it’s like nothing else matters, but his mood should take a serious turn once Willow’s rushed to the hospital.
As for Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), he’ll grow frustrated when he’s detained by the WSB.
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) woke up after getting drugged and summoned an agent to discuss Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) biological weapon, so now the WSB could add to the danger in Greenland.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will deliver some terrible updates – most likely to Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) over the phone.
However, Felicia will also make a special request to someone using a personal connection, so that could involve calling Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) for a favor.
On The Haunted Star, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will continue fighting off guards while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) stoops down beside unconscious Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and urges him to wake up.
Spencer will come to eventually, but things will remain dangerous as Curtis tries to get Trina, Spencer and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) to safety.
Over with Victor, he’ll deliver a stern warning to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
“Try it and it’ll be the last thing you do,” Victor snaps in Wednesday’s preview video.
The situation will be dire for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in the bunker since he was just given a pathogen injection that’s already starting to take effect.
Fortunately, General Hospital spoilers say Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will make a daring move and catch Victor off guard, so stay tuned to see what she’ll pull off!
